Manufacturing
Our Campbellfield factory runs CNC roll-forming equipment that produces frames to sub-millimetre tolerances. Every frame is made from BlueScope TRUECORE steel with 50-year steel warranty. We manufacture to order — no stock frames sitting in warehouses, no generic sizing that wastes material.
Engineering
In-house engineering to AS4100 and AS/NZS 4600. We provide site-specific calculations for wind loads, terrain categories, and soil classifications. Melbourne builds span Wind Region A (most metro) through to B in exposed coastal areas like the Mornington Peninsula. Our engineering accounts for your actual site, not worst-case assumptions that over-specify and inflate costs.
